I'm a nurse who moved beyond the bedside into healthcare operations, recruitment, community building, and digital systems, and I founded NurseShift Africa along the way. If you need help running the operational or people side of your work, that's where I come in.
I started as a bedside nurse. These days most of my work happens behind the scenes: coordinating people, building the systems that keep a team or a community running, and sourcing the right candidates for the right roles.
I still think like a nurse about it. Good operations, like good patient care, comes down to paying attention, following up, and not letting things fall through.
Tools I work in: Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Make, and a few others, depending on what a project needs.
Founder
Community, program, and operations building. I set up onboarding, content, and member communication systems for a community now past 600 members in 24-plus countries, coordinate a volunteer team, and run paid cohorts.

Healthcare & client support
Operational and communication support, including a role as inquiry coordinator for a UK dental practice (employer details kept confidential per agreement).
Recruitment & talent operations
Sourcing, screening, and coordination. For one agency I source candidates and hand them to the hiring manager, and I've trained and now manage a small sourcing team. For the other, covering healthcare and real estate, I run the full process myself: sourcing, outreach, and first interviews, before presenting finalists.
Business operations
Six-plus years of operations and client support for a family business: 150-plus weekly client interactions, CRM and documentation, and operational processes built along the way as the team grew from 2 people to 15 across 7 locations.
NurseShift Africa
NurseShift Africa started as an answer to a question I kept hearing from nurses: what else can I do with this degree? It's now a community of 600-plus healthcare professionals across 24-plus countries. I built the onboarding, content, and member communication systems, I coordinate a volunteer team, and we run paid cohorts, covering things like CV and LinkedIn positioning and interview preparation. Registration and program-interest workflows run through Make and Airtable.

I started my career as a nurse and spent several years in clinical care. Over time, I became interested in what happens outside the bedside: how healthcare teams operate, how patients are supported, how people are recruited, and how technology can make the work easier.
Since then, I've worked across remote operations, client support, recruitment, and community building, while building NurseShift Africa.
Today, I work across healthcare operations, talent, community, and digital systems, while continuing to explore how AI can make some of this work more efficient.
